Wednesday and Mannequin Pussy Join Forces for the Bitch Cabal Tour
Wednesday and Mannequin Pussy might look like an unlikely pairing at first glance—but on stage, the chemistry is already undeniable. One emerging from North Carolina’s countrygaze-tinged indie landscape, the other forged in the fire of Philadelphia punk, both bands share a reputation for commanding live performances, distinctive frontwomen, and years of steadily sharpened artistic identity. Now, they are uniting for a co-headlining run titled the Bitch Cabal Tour, which will cut through the American Midwest and South this fall.
The tour launches on October 30 and keeps both bands on the road together through November 18. Select dates will feature support from Nashville’s egg punk outfit Snõõper and Raleigh-based rock band Truth Club, adding further momentum to a lineup rooted in raw, underground energy.
Wednesday continue touring in support of their acclaimed 2023 album Bleeds, while Mannequin Pussy are still riding the wave of their 2024 release I Got Heaven. Earlier this month, Wednesday’s Karly Hartzman also drew attention after receiving an unexpected invitation to collaborate with Weezer on their upcoming self-titled project, appearing on the single “We Might as Well Be Strangers.”
